Shadi is a seasoned recruiter with global experience and knowledge in staffing for marketing and creative industries within Canada, Hong Kong, Australia & New Zealand. She has worked in a variety of industries including advertising and marketing services, consumer packaged goods, technology & telecommunications, retail, fashion and luxury goods, as well as financial and professional services. She has specific experience in business development, account management, executive search and recruitment, facilitating candidate relocations, advising clients on market conditions and trends, and consulting services.
Having graduated with a BComm from Ryerson and grown up in Toronto, Shadi has come back to her roots once again and chosen IQ PARTNERS to continue developing her business here. Shadi will help grow IQ’s Consumer Goods and Marketing practice by applying her wealth of experience and passion for solving her clients hiring problems.
