Will our people be limited to using IQ Partners recruiters?

Not at all! In fact, we encourage participants to develop relationships with a variety of recruiters and recruiting firms as part of their search.
  • As part of our program, we provide participants with a directory of other recruiters that they should contact.
  • We also offer seminars by some of our recruiters on other recruiters and their specialities, and how to work with recruiters
  • On an individual basis, IQ Partners recruiters are also available to provide individual insight and personalized counsel (they're on the front-line of the job market everyday)

Do you provide office space and a computer?

No, but workstations (partitioned desks w/computer & phone) and high-speed internet access are available for individual use as required* (*must be booked in advance)
  • Our primary focus is on one-to-one counsel and support - not on offices and administration.
  • Phones are available throughout the office, and participants can have their own voicemail if required
  • Administrative assistance is extra

What if the participant doesn't like their consultant?

No Fit? No Problem. Our consultants are assigned based on industry expertise and the participants' own assessment - but sometimes things just don't 'click'.
  • If the match with one of our consultants isn't working, we'll change it - immediately
  • Participants are welcome to request a particular consultant and if possible, we'll fulfill it.
  • Our Director or GM will check in with the participant after their first few sessions to see if they are truly satisfied - and will step in if they aren't.
