Program Overview

Our program was designed by Karen Schaffer. Karen has over 10 years of career consulting experience and has helped thousands of people positively manage their career transitions. She's a best-selling author of two books on job searching; "Hire Power: the ultimate job guide for young Canadians" and "The Job of Your Life: Four Groundbreaking Steps for Getting the Work You Want" and is currently working on her third book.

As Partner, Career Management, Karen is responsible for creating programs and services that reflect a deep commitment to quality career consulting.

There are six steps to the IQ Partners Outplacement program - as outlined below. Every individual has unique requirements, and the speed with which each participant moves through the program is determined by the participant themselves.

Cost: $6,000 per participant

Includes:

  • Pre-termination Counsel
  • Detailed Personal Assessment
  • One-to-One Consulting (up to 25 hours)
  • Unlimited Learn & Network Seminars (1 year)
  • Testing & Review (up to 5 tests)
  • Ongoing Support (unlimited to next role)
  • (+ 3 month fitness club membership)

  • Detailed Personal Assessment
  • One-to-One Consulting (up to 10 hours)
  • Unlimited Learn & Network Seminars (3 months)
  • Testing & Result Review (up to 3 tests)
  • Ongoing Support (3 months)
