Online Personality Profiles & Testing:

Online assessment is an objective and unemotional way to gain insight on an individual's true personality and style. Hiring managers use these tools as part of their screening and selection process. Industrial Psychologists use them as a foundation for formal assessment and leadership development. And people in job-search mode use them to better define their abilities and search parameters.

The more you know about your personal strengths, weaknesses, interests and preferences, the better able you are to best represent yourself to the marketplace.

At IQ Partners we've joined with two companies to provide a wide range of testing options - from 'fun short tests' to 'in-depth personality profiles'. All of the tests are PhD validated and while the results are always interesting you should remember this - these are simply 'tools'. While they provide tremendous personal insight, they should only be considered as one part of a complete evaluation process.
