Development of Opportunity Profile + Online Posting
We prepare a detailed written position specification that outlines the responsibilities of your position, qualifications required, and criteria for success. The position brief is then posted to one or more of the major online job-boards for 4 weeks.
Profile + 4-week posting $ 950.
Candidate Assessment
IQ Partners conducts a 2-stage interview incorporating both behavioural and intrapersonal assessment. We evaluate the candidate on the basis of experience and potential cultural fit with the clients' organization and generate a written report outlining strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and areas of concern. If available, we will interpret and incorporate feedback from a formal POP™* or related profile.
2-stage assessment + report $ 375.
2-stage assessment + POP™ profile + report $ 450.
Reference Checking
Once you select an individual you wish to hire, IQ Partners can conduct both explicit and implicit professional reference checks to verify the candidate's abilities. The comments made are summarized and reported for final hiring decisions.
Individual Reference Check $ 300.
Complete Reference Check (set of 3) $ 750.
Exit Interviews
IQ Partners acts as a 3rd-party resource to manage your Exit Interview process. As unbiased and objective observers, we separate 'emotion' from 'fact' and probe for valuable learning. Insights from are summarized and presented for review and possible action.
Individual exit interview + report $ 300.
Multiple interview package (up to 5 + report) $1000.
