These are entrepreneurial opportunities and not for the faint-hearted. There is no base salary and while the long-term rewards can be significant, it can take 6 months before you make much money and up to 2 years before you realize an income comparable to your salaried job. However, if successful you can earn an annual income of $100-$200k per year. Top performers can earn in excess of $300k per year. The right candidates will also earn equity in this growing integrated HR services company.
