We'll be there the day you tell your employees the news, ready to listen and to provide support as required. We'll help you manage them with care and we'll book their first appointment at IQ Partners within the week. Professional Career Consultants Our consultants are specially selected for their exceptional empathy, industry know-how and career counseling ability. They're trained to provide more depth than a regular counselor and will work closely with an individual to uncover unique career insights and recommendations that will make a dramatic difference not just during this career transition, but for life. We have a wide variety of consultants who work with us and we specifically match participants with the most effective person for them. Some are easy to figure out, others are more complex. We take everything we know regarding an individual's work history - good and bad - and combine it with detailed personal observations from our exploratory meetings. Our goal is to help participants identify and understand their strengths and weaknesses and to set their own unique goals for the future. We sometimes leverage formal assessment methodologies - from Myers Briggs and EQ-i to a series of online tests measuring Management Style, Career Orientation and Self Employment capability. In the end, the participant will have a much deeper understanding of what they need to do to be more successful - both in career transition and in life. Customized Programs Our one-to-one counseling process allows us to customize each program to the unique needs of each participant. Some individuals simply want resume counsel and job search advice - we help with extensive practice interviews and targeted networking. Others require a much deeper focus on resolution of past issues and career therapy. Whatever the participant needs, we'll work with them to structure a program that matches their requirements. And for unique situations we can tailor a solution specific to your needs. Industry Specific Counsel We specialize in marketing, communications, media and technology. We understand these industries and can counsel the unique techniques and strategies of managing career transition in these sectors. We know who the players are and can help coach through a successful job-search. We've provided transition counsel to all levels - from Technical Manager to Managing Director. We know the specifics of hard-skill searches and the vague nuances of management networking. Learn & Network Seminars We deliver a wide variety of seminars tied to different stages of the transition process. These seminars provide valuable learning and an opportunity for participants to meet and network with others in the same situation.
