We Focus on 'Resolution' and 'Career Empowerment'

This is probably our biggest break-through. So many people charge forward in their careers without assessing and learning from past mistakes. And so few people really understand where they want to go.
  • Our Resolution process allows participants to complete past issues and to move forward with a clear head.
  • With the past clearly understood, Career Empowerment gives people the tools to find their true calling and re-instill passion into their career. Very few firms do this and we do it better than anybody!

Programs are Participant Directed

  • There is no forced process. Because we are hour based, participants can move through the program at their pace, using more hours towards the beginning or spreading them out over months.
  • Participants decide how long they need to spend on each section of the process. For individuals who want more assistance with personal needs or emotional resolution, we focus on that. For those who want to jump into the job-search, we can offer immediate attention there.
  • Our goal is to help - and we'll be flexible in how we provide our services. We regularly check in on strategy and we make sure that the participant is getting the result they need.

We add Compassion

Lots of companies tell you they care; we actually design it into the Program.

  • We don't start with a participant's resume or a group orientation; we start with a personalized one-on-one Assessment to see how they're doing, determine their goals, and to define how we can help.
  • Ongoing Support means participants are never abandoned - even when their package is finished.

We Work in the Context of the Long Term

  • We create next steps inside of a long-term career plan and we help implement actions that will positively affect immediate career moves - and long-term career goals.
  • If participants don't know where they're going, we take the time to help them find out - sometimes this requires a lot of work, but it's worth it!
