New Faces at IQP



IQ PARTNERS is pleased to announce the appointment of Ronan O'Doherty as Recruiter.

Originally from South Africa, Ronan came to Canada at the age of ten and has since lost almost all trace of his accent - though he's been happy with his trade of an accent for a successful career in recruiting. After taking a Bachelor of Arts at Trent University, Ronan realized he had a penchant for dealing with people and thoroughly enjoyed the role of being the one to help others solve their problems.

After school, Ronan worked in customer service for an architectural hardware company before moving into recruiting. He had friends in the industry who kept reinforcing that it would be the perfect fit for him, so on their word and after a little research of his own, he made the jump. Ronan gained a solid background and began his recruiting career at the IT recruiting firm Bankside Chase. Later, Ronan had the opportunity to work with some great mentors at Hays before joining IQ PARTNERS. Ronan now looks forward to growing the technology practice here at IQ, and has already made himself an integral member of the team.
