IQ PARTNERS is pleased to announce the appointment of Mark Rouse as Director, Marketing Services.
Mark has worked in the Marketing Services and Agency businesses for close to two decades. As Vice-President at companies such as Young & Rubicam, Wunderman, and J. Walter Thompson he has been responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent in a multitude of disciplines.
Early in his career, Mark accepted the simple truth that people are any company’s greatest asset. Working on that basis, he has developed strong skills and a genuine passion for finding smart people that add to the strength of the team; that offer the right blend of competency and compatibility; that can have a positive affect not only on their employer’s business but on their own careers.
