New Faces at IQP
IQ PARTNERS is pleased to announce the appointment of Annita Lala as consultant.
"Annita has a wealth of experience in the call centre space," said Randy Quarin, Senior Partner. "Her knowledge will allow IQ PARTNERS to expand into some valuable new arenas," said Randy Quarin, Senior Partner.
An alumnus of York University, Annita holds both a BA and an MA. Annita has more than 20 years consulting experience, and has managed or advised call centre operations for companies like Sprint, TD and Compaq, as well as running her own consulting firm.
Annita's focus at IQ PARTNERS will be on the Call Centre and CPG spaces, allowing her to further build on her professional history. "I'm one of the people who have grown with the industry and seen it evolve," she said. "My contacts are all pioneers who were there when the industry began in Canada. I can put that to good use."
