New Faces at IQP
IQ PARTNERS is thrilled to welcome Katie Dolgin as Consultant.

A graduate from McGill University in Mathematics & Anthropology, Ms. Dolgin spent over ten years in management consulting. She started her career in the Bay Area, with LECG. She then went to CapGemini, Ernst & Young as a management consultant, developing and implementing strategic solutions to complex business problems for Fortune 500 companies. Following her tenure at CapGemini, Ms. Dolgin moved to Agency.com, where she managed the strategy group in San Francisco during the peak of the dotcom explosion. In the months before coming to IQ PARTNERS, Ms. Dolgin has devoted her time to raising her two children.
In her new role at IQ PARTNERS, Ms. Dolgin is responsible for recruiting across several areas. "I look forward to using my deep understanding of business dynamics to help our clients achieve results," said Ms. Dolgin. "I have come to know that the right people are the ultimate drivers of success, and look forward to helping people and companies realize their potential."
