After graduating from the University of Toronto with an Honours degree in Criminology and Political Science, Brad began his career as a technology recruiter in Toronto immediately out of school after deciding it was a great fit for his skills and passions.

Brad joined IQ PARTNERS with great experience in the industry highlighted by his sound sourcing and negotiation skills. His track record includes multiple placements of highly skilled, senior IT professionals into industry-leading companies, and he thrives on the challenge of working on a variety of roles.
