Growing up in Montreal, Jamie possesses both a B.A. from McGill University and LL.B. from the University of Western Ontario. He started his professional career practicing business law with a client base consisting primarily of small and medium size, entrepreneurial type businesses and their principals.

When a great opportunity arose, Jamie left the private practice of law to accept a senior operations management position with a privately held, Canadian software company. He was instrumental in the growth of the business and the subsequent acquisition of the company by a large, U.S., public software company. Building on that experience, he has provided management consulting expertise to other growth-mode organizations, most recently as Senior Vice President of I Love Rewards Inc., a leading rewards and recognition provider. Jamie was a key player in managing the growth of I Love Rewards, and played an integral role in bringing to the forefront I Love Rewards’ number one asset: their people.

Jamie has become a subject-matter expert on developing and translating strategy into actions for corporate success. He joins IQ PARTNERS responsible for the overall operations and is eager to help usher in the next phase of growth.
