Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Toronto with an honours BA, majoring in English and Sociology – but her greatest education came from being a stay at home mom with her 3 children. Patience, intuition and empathy are something few institutions can teach, and it is these skills that have influenced her successful recruitment career. For the last 3 years Jennifer has worked with some of the best and brightest individuals who have fostered her into the professional recruiter she has become.

Her sweet spot is in the IT field encompassing contract and permanent resources for major national institutions, but she is also equally skilled working with smaller shops who are looking for hard to find niche individuals. Jennifer’s professional background includes insurance and the travel industry which provided her the personal customer service skills many candidates say other recruiters sorely lack. Working with people is at the core of her enjoyment in this ever changing industry and it is the reason she has proven so successful in her role.
