Scott McNeill leads the Human Resources Partnership Programs practice with IQ PARTNERS, offering customized HR and talent management consulting services that deliver meaningful results across a spectrum of organizational needs. Many organizations require human resources expertise but not on a full time and/or not on a permanent basis. Scott’s HR Partnership Programs are strategically designed to fill these needs.

Prior to joining IQ PARTNERS, Scott held progressively senior HR and Recruitment positions with well-known advertising and communication agencies, TAXI and MacLaren McCann Canada, and oversaw all aspects of talent management for multiple offices across the country.  Scott began his career with a recruitment company where he first honed his skills and expertise, servicing clients in the ever-changing and fast-paced marketing industry.

Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology from the University of Toronto a post-graduate certificate in Human Resource Management from Seneca College.  He is also certified to administer the Myers Briggs Type Indicator.
