Theo is an experienced, award winning recruiter with international experience in staffing for various industries within Canada, United States and overseas. He has searched and successfully recruited mid to senior level professionals into over twelve countries. He has specific experience in recruiting for Fortune 20 companies, venture backed software companies and overseas management search roles. Theo joins the IQ PARTNERS team as Director, Client Services in Toronto.

Raised in Oshawa, he graduated from the University of Toronto. After 6 years at a Financial Services firm, Theo moved into the executive recruitment business, first with a boutique firm helping technology vendors find sales executives to a multi-national agency where he placed Telecommunications and Technology professionals into international clients. Theo relishes any “needle in a haystack” search where most other search professionals have failed to deliver.
