As a part of our Marketing team, Allison specializes in sourcing and recruiting top marketing talent across Canada, with an emphasis on integrated marketing, experiential marketing, and production roles at all levels.
After graduating from U of T, Allison started her career at a marketing agency where she focused on promotional marketing for a number of tier one CPG clients. After 10 years in agency-side marketing, she was ready for a change. Recognizing that working with fantastic people was the best part of her job, she decided to make ‘people’ her business and made the transition to recruiting. After five years as a recruiter, she’s never looked back.
Allison’s extensive background in the agency world gives her a solid understanding of what agencies’ needs are and the ability to find the right candidates for the job.
Integrated marketing, experiential marketing, and production roles at all levels.
Client and candidate management.
Funny movies (and the ability to quote them), animal lovers.
Being outdoors – walking her dog, snowmobiling, sailing, golfing and flying helicopters (seriously).
The president of the experiential division of my old agency. She was passionate, empathetic and cared about her people as much as her clients.
Would you work at the company you are representing?
I once had a client show up drunk to an interview. It wasn’t so funny at the time, and the candidate was not impressed.
