As a Partner at IQ PARTNERS, Maurizio is senior generalist with extensive experience in management to executive level searches across a range of industries.  Typical searches have included roles in Strategy & Operations, Digital Strategy, and International searches, primarily at the mid-management to executive level.  Maurizio’s true passion is working on difficult, broad searches, and finding those “needle in a haystack” specialized candidates.

Maurizio attended both Concordia and Wilfrid Laurier University, where he earned an Arts & Science degree. He began his career at an international non-profit management consulting organization where he was responsible for capital campaigns in healthcare and community institutions. He then moved into Consumer Packaged Goods, working in various roles with Wrigley Canada and McCain Foods until he was headhunted from the CPG sector to Executive Search.

With a keen sense of urgency and passion for true Executive Search, Maurizio carries the belief that, to be successful, it’s important to be focused on the right things and not let distractions interfere with your goals. He aims to treat candidates with the utmost respect and places paramount importance on his clients by treating them as if each was his only client.
