Sarah is a Recruitment Consultant specialized in sourcing for roles across the creative landscape, including digital and traditional design, art direction, marketing, public relations and digital/social media. 

She joined IQ PARTNERS after cutting her teeth at a global creative recruitment agency.  Prior to recruitment, Sarah spent nearly 4 years in public relations and corporate communications, primarily within the healthcare/pharmaceutical space.  Having worked on both agency and client side, she’s had the opportunity to be involved in award winning public relations campaigns for a number of high profile brands, executing media relations, events, and internal/external communications.

Her extensive industry experience, both in her beginnings as a PR and corporate communications professional and after finding her niche in recruiting, have made her one of Toronto’s go-to recruiters for all things creative.

1. Who are your heroes in business?

I wouldn’t say I have any one hero in business; however, I very much admire leaders who are transparent in what they do and recognize that becoming successful doesn’t happen by working on your own – it comes with the help of a strong, collaborative team.

Compared to other candidates, why would I be a good fit for this role? Why would you think it would be the best move for my career?
