Sarah is a Creative Recruitment Consultant in the Advertising, Marketing & Communications group at IQ PARTNERS.  With over 9 years of agency experience, first as a Copywriter, then Creative Services Manager, Sarah has a deep understanding of the advertising landscape and has worked alongside some of the best and brightest creative minds in the industry.

As part of her previous role as Creative Services Manager at SID LEE, Sarah took the lead on in-house creative recruitment; identifying and placing award-winning talent, building relationships with industry leaders and rising stars, and providing counsel to her own creative team and prospective candidates. During that time, Sarah strengthened her ability to evaluate creative work and developed an in-depth understanding of what hiring managers look for in top talent.
