Our client is Canada’s most award-winning, independent public relations agencies and we are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join the team

This Account Manager will play a critical role in the agency as they continue to grow and will largely be responsible for new business. We need a can-do PR pro who can work with the EVP to pitch and win clients and then take the business and run with it. You will create and lead results-driven programs as well as manage junior team members. The senior management team will empower you to be independent while giving support and learning to develop your career. You will provide support and direction to the team, serving as a role model and mentor on all professional matters including client service, industry networking, professionalism, teamwork and quality control. The agency loves big thinkers and we need someone who dares to imagine fresh, new ways to make news, engage consumers and set industry precedents.

The ideal candidate will be an adventurous PR professional with a minimum of 5 years consumer PR experience. You have experience working in a fast paced agency environment with a track record of managing campaigns, projects, budgets and client relationships. Someone who is curious and craves learning as well as enjoys sharing knowledge and mentoring those you lead.
