draftLine is looking for an Associate Creative Director team who will be a part of leading the internal creative agency and their excellent group of creative talent to deliver innovative, bold and highly effective work that matters, and impacts business directly.

draftLine's agile team of creatives, strategists, social experts and producers work together in true collaborative partnership with the brand teams to deliver exceptional ideas that live in a range of mediums with a focus on social media and digital executions. You have direct access to real time business strategy and results, effectively allowing you to influence the work instantly, without barriers and to maximum effect. You will bring exceptional leadership and mentorship experience to this team, inspire teammates to raise the bar on every level, and help continue to build an enviable work environment. All the while drawing insights and inspiration from the opportunities in current events, culture, trends and the world at large to create work that goes beyond social media to capture attention and enhance consumer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Works across both Premium (e.g., Stella, Mill Street, Michelob Ultra) and the Beyond Beer (e.g., Palm Bay, Mike's Hard, Bud Light Seltzer, innovation products launched) brands
  • Work on digital, experiential, social, video, and traditional campaigns.
  • Solid creative judgement - supported by experience and examples
  • The team is the direct line manager for creatives, required to coach in their career
  • development and supervise creative executions
  • Day to day enjoys a mix of doing and directing
  • A brand advocate with strategic understanding and leadership of a brand
  • Can confidently and persuasively present and sell their own work - and their team's work
  • A strategic point of view and can write a creative brief and discover insights
  • Pitch wins under their belt
  • Regular award shortlisting
  • Recruitment responsibility
  • Responsibility for fostering and forging senior client relationships
  • Regular team engagement and mentorship

Qualifications

  • 7+ years Agency Experience
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) proficient
  • Experience in collaborating on 360/Digital Campaigns
  • Strong portfolio with proven body of work
  • Proficiency in delivering work that's on strategy and delivers results
  • Team Management experience
