We’re thrilled to partner with our client, a successful family-run business for more than four decades, as they seek a commercially-minded executive and accomplished general manager who is ready to guide the business and unlock its growth potential on the next chapter of its journey.

Our client is an industry leader in the commercial printing space, and while this legacy business continues to deliver significant revenues, future growth opportunities and revenues arising from its products have been identified in the card processing, packaging, and digital label printing markets. They work with a global network of distribution and OEM partners, and provide quality service and support throughout the world for all of their products, including legacy technologies. With advancements in digital printing capabilities, their suite of digital and traditional printing solutions offers their customers key benefits like brand protection, product serialization, regulatory requirements, advanced inventory control and tracking, and waste reduction

The ideal successor to the current CEO will be an accomplished executive with an established track record of business transformation and growth, proven marketing and sales success, excellence in customer relationships, and an ability to unlock and deliver new business growth to achieve the growth expectations of the shareholders. They will be the architect of future go-to market strategies and will be responsible for evolving and growing the overall global business, in sales, marketing, services, finance, and customer support and engagement. Ideally, they will have realized these leadership experiences at least in part in manufacturing environments.

The successful candidate will be expected to achieve the shareholders’ projected 3-5 year growth targets and key objectives, while:
  • Systematically growing revenue and increase EBITDA to meet shareholder expectations, unlocking potential in the business
  • Develop plans to increase growth with controlled guidelines and resources
  • Develop systems and processes to optimize productivity, professionalizing the business
  • Using factual results, develop and implement employee accountability measures, and drive cultural evolution internally to prepare and empower employees
For the successful candidate, a competitive total compensation package and a share in the growth and success of the business through equity-based incentives awaits.
