Job Description

Our client, one of the best-known and most respected healthcare brands in the world,  is seeking a Customer Marketing Manager to join their team. In this role you are responsible for category management initiatives such as determining product assortment, price, promotions and planogram solutions to drive category growth and optimize sales potential of their Consumer Healthcare  brands.

The Customer Marketing Manager plays an integral role in developing strategies through comprehensive value-add analysis incorporating category and shopper insights to satisfy internal and account specific objectives. In addition, the Customer Marketing Manager is accountable for identifying opportunities and mitigating risks through on-going reporting and presentations to sales and cross-functional teams to maximize in-store success.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years Customer Marketing/Consumer Marketing experience in CPG Industry
  • University Education (preference given to MBA / Bachelor of Commerce)
  • Proven analytic skill set
  • Strong Nielsen analytics capability
  • Strong JDA application capability (Space Planning)
  • Strong Retail Link capability
  • Excellent Word/Excel/Powerpoint skill set
  • Ability to simplify complex data and extract key insights
  • Outstanding communicator (oral and written)
  • Creative and Self Motivated
  • Must be highly organized, able to perform duties under pressure with little or no supervision

Experience/Skills

  • Trade plan development/management experience and exposure
  • Category Management/Shopper Marketing/Shopper Insights experience
  • Advanced Nielsen capability
  • Strong JDA capability (Space Planning)
  • Strong Retail Link capability
  • Shopper Insight experience
  • Sales Experience
  • Established key account relationships
