Our client is a Canadian Insurance company seeking numerous contract Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and contract Sales Agents for a unique work-from-home opportunity with their Call Center department.
As the CSR and Sales Agent, you will be the front line link between the customers and the insurance company for customer service issues and up-selling insurance products and services respectively. You will provide policy holder and product information to customers, provide back-up to the other lines of business, document issues and respond to request by determining appropriate action in order to resolve situations. CSR's will follow up with customers within established standards, maintain records, prepare reports and participate in making process recommendations. Full training will be given to ensure confidence in delivering exceptional customer service.
We are seeking candidates with customer service or sales experience in a retail or call center environment with strong communication skills to deliver an exceptional customer service experience. Hours are 8am-8pm and some evenings and some weekends.
