Reports To: Director of Digital Solutions
Location: Hybrid In-Office and Remote Work Model (Toronto, Ontario)

Position Summary                              

Reporting to the Director of Digital Solutions, the Digital Coordinator will work closely with the Digital Manger and Product Marketing Manager on delivery and support of all digital efforts. This role requires experience with general digital marketing support, e-mail campaign management and deployment, content management, web design, digital analytics reporting & analysis and various other digital platforms. This position will collaborate with internal project teams as well as external agency and application partners to deliver against technology, marketing and content objectives.

Position Responsibilities


  • Execute e-mail & push notifications setup, deployment and optimization using marketing automation and design tools.
  • Maintain distribution lists and support development & analysis of audience segments.
  • Maintain, update and refine HTML/CSS templates
  • Manage web and application change requests through internal ticketing system.
  • Lead web & app content uploads and webpage updates via CMS.
  • Assist with basic creative design, development and editing (e.g., images, video)
  • Conduct quality assurance and due diligence analysis on all outputs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain communication projects pipeline, prioritization and schedules.


  • Assist in the gathering and refinement of reporting requirements.
  • Support ongoing & ad-hoc data collection, report-creation and dashboard maintenance, based on multi-channel interactions, data sources and initiatives.
  • Maintain & support reporting & data requests pipeline, prioritization and its timely fulfillment.
  • Provide recurring e-communication analytics updates and analysis on data trends.

Strategy & Special Projects

  • Research, document and develop in-house subject matter expertise in digital communications and analytics best practices.
  • Support CRM management and deployment projects
  • Additional duties as assigned by the Director of Digital Solutions

Qualifications and Skills

  • Post-secondary degree/diploma
  • Previous deployment and coordination experience with marketing automation, CRM and digital communication delivery tools (Act-On, MailChimp, Zoho)
  • Familiarity with CMS products (e.g., WordPress)
  • Understanding of basic HTML/CSS
  • Intermediate experience in digital analytics reporting implementation and/or support, with hands-on knowledge of related Google tools (GA, Firebase, Data Studio, Tag Manager) or similar; DB analysis and SQL experience a plus.
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite tools
  • Intermediate understanding of UX and marketing copywriting best practices
  • Proficiency in Windows OS and productivity applications suite
  • Creative problem-solver and detail oriented
  • Ability to think strategically
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Effective project management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Basic creative design skills
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset but not required
