Position Overview Our client an innovative startup focused on transforming healthcare delivery through AI-powered solutions is looking to add a Director of sales. In this role you will be responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for their enterprise AI health solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in selling complex technology solutions to healthcare facilities and managing public tenders. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, experience managing both direct sales and partner channels, and the ability to lead a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities - Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth across direct sales and partner channels.
- Leadership & Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability.
- Channel Development: Identify and establish strategic partnerships to expand market reach and enhance sales efforts.
- Direct Sales: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at hospitals and healthcare facilities to drive direct sales efforts.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and refine sales strategies.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and reports to ensure transparency and alignment with company goals.
- Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications - Experience: Minimum of 10 years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the healthcare technology sector.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling complex technology solutions to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including regulatory requirements and procurement processes.
- Sales Expertise: Expertise in direct sales and partner channel development with a strong network of industry contacts.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
