Our client, a mid-sized law firm in downtown Toronto, is looking for an experienced Employment & Labour Lawyer, for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
- Focus primarily on Employer / Management side
- Strong understanding with Wrongful Dismissals, Labour Relations, Employment Standards & Contracts, Health & Safety, etc
- Experienced with drafting employment agreements, policies and procedures
- Work directly with a Senior Partner
- A book of business is an asset, but not required
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Post Call experience in Employment & Labour Law
- Hybrid position: 2-3 days in-office
- Comfortable with attending Networking Events and Conferences
