Our client is looking to add an experienced Certified Financial Planner to their team in Toronto. The firm specializes in growing the wealth of a specific group of professionals. The compensation is primarily salary based with a good opportunity to make excellent bonuses.
The incumbent will build uniquely valued relationships with their clients through the delivery of information, advice, products and services at all delivery points. They will provide solutions and advice through a financial planning approach as a mobile, self-directed sales professional.
Be accountable to contribute to, and meet performance metrics, including, but not limited to business development, client satisfaction, asset retention and market involvement.
- Deliver new investments through client acquisition and maintain investment through retention. Develop internal and external networks to capitalize on business opportunities and referrals
- Implement initiatives to respond to a changing marketplace, and corrective action strategies to achieve volumes, including making recommendations on new products and services
- Advise on a suite of product offerings such as; investments, retirement planning, cash flow management, tax planning and estate planning
- Contact existing clients and review portfolios to ensure compliance and also looking to increase share of wallet
Qualifications
- Must hold a CFP designation to be called a Financial Planner
- Hold and/or qualify for IFIC license
- Over 5 years of direct investment sales experience
- University or College graduate
- Must live in or close to York Region
