IQ PARTNERS Inc. is currently looking to hire a Human Resources Administrator for our Financial Technology client in Mississauga for an exciting Full-time permanent job opportunity in which you will possess great communication skills and a proven track record for delivering results. You will be a fast learner and be able to work on many high-profile projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities will include:


  • Input and update data into HRIS, set up and generate reports, maintain employee records
  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets as requested.
  • Maintain reports on Visas and work permits, STD/LTD and Maternity Leaves
  • Maintain termination reports and detail
  • As directed by the HR Business Partner, assist with the establishment of Health and Safety Committees, along with maintain reports with the committee members in different locations.
  • As required, assist with the setting up of the new hires in the HR system along with processing the new hire paperwork.
  • Keeping track of the completion of compliance training and advising on completion status.
  • Assist with the paperwork collection during acquisitions.
  • Administer the Candidate Referral Program – log, track and distribute resumes
  • Co-ordinate summer student, co-op, and internship programs
  • Assist with employee surveys
  • Assist with compensation and benefits matters
  • Co-ordinate soft skills training programs as required
  • Assist with different HR initiatives as required


Qualifications Required


  • Human Resources degree or diploma required
  • Advanced Excel knowledge (V-lookup, formulas etc.)
  • 2+ years of HR administration experience
  • Experience with HRIS (Windows) is required (Insync – Ceridian system is an asset)
  • Compensation and benefits experience is a definite asset
  • Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Access)
  • Must be detail-oriented, professional and an effective multi-tasker
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
