My client is a premier software developer, marketer and innovator of solutions for the casino industry, partnering with some of the largest clients in the sector. Their mission is to redefine and disrupt the casino gaming space by creating engaging and high-performance gaming experiences that innovate and captivate players, while driving success for their clients.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Investor Relations (IR) Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing all internal and shareholder communications, executing press releases, and overseeing social media management across our platforms. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in IR/PR and social media marketing, with a strong ability to create engaging content using tools like Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all internal communications and shareholder updates, ensuring timely and transparent information flow.
• Execute and distribute press releases through various news platforms.
• Oversee the management of social media content across four company platforms, including strategy, creation, and scheduling.
• Maintain and update the shareholder list, ensuring accurate and effective communication.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to develop messaging that aligns with company goals and values.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform IR strategies.
• Assist in preparing materials for investor meetings and presentations.

Must-haves:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Investor Relations, and/or Public Relations and Social Media Marketing.
• Proficient in using Canva and other relevant tools for social media content creation and scheduling.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Familiarity and past experience in the casino industry is considered a significant asset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
