Our client, a leading Programmatic Agency, is seeking a Managing Director to head up their business. This role will set the vision and strategy, in alignment with the global agency vision and mission, drive operational excellence, and build and foster the high-performance consultative culture the business unit needs to continue its success as the media landscape continues to evolve. Leveraging the audience analytics offering and leading technical products in display, video, mobile, social, advanced TV, audio and DOOH, this business leader will be expected to shape services for clients that get the most out of sophisticated technology, emerging data stacks and predictive algorithms.
As part of the leadership team for the Canadian agency partners, this role will lead all current and emerging advertising experiences delivered through programmatic and addressable channels. The MD will also be responsible for delivering outstanding client partnership to all clients and agency partners.
Acting as a true partner to our Strategic Business Units, the Managing Director will lead the programmatic agenda. He/she will have the skills necessary to demystify complex technical elements of today’s rapidly evolving digital advertising landscape across businesses and disciplines to focus on marketing objectives.
