What we want:Working in collaboration with our thriving Public Accounting Practice, we are looking for an experienced search professional to lead & grow our Industry Accounting & Finance Practice.

What you will bring:- You’re a self-starter with excellent time management skills, detail oriented, with demonstrated relationship building and management skills.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in the recruitment industry with a proven track of success (ideally in accounting & finance)
- Business development continues to be at the core of what you do.
- Talent attraction & team leadership a definite asset.
- A post-secondary education in Business, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong problem solving and research skills; ability to easily access information through traditional and non-traditional methods.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to deliver results in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
- Exposure to negotiating salaries, contract rates, direct search, and open market recruitment.
