Job Description

Real Estate Clerk with a minimum of 3 years’ experience needed to do conveyancing work remotely. The job will include residential real estate, refinancing work, residential freehold, condominium new, resale and assignment real estate transactions, from start to finish. The successful candidate must be confident using Unity, PC Law, Microsoft Office & Teraview. Completion of Law Clerk diploma is required.

Responsibilities include

  • Being able to handle a commercial finance deal both bank and private, from start to final report including preparation of all necessary forms

  • Carriage of purchase, sale and financing of residential, from open to close, including title searching, drafting of letters of requisition, preparing statement of adjustments, reports to clients and lend institutions and all necessary documents required for each transaction
