Position Details:
- Understanding complex business challenges through detailed research
- Conducting research through digital channels to uncover candidates
- Writing compelling contact notes to engage candidates, managing outreach, and leading the first level of screening
- Preparing candidate summaries to present to hiring managers
- Writing opportunity profiles
- Preparation and sending of offer packages
- Building a talent community of top candidates within your area of specialty
- Maintaining all pertinent client, applicant, and interview data in our internal database
- Minimum two years of experience in the recruitment industry conducting research and engaging candidates
- Self-starter with confidence and a desire for continued development
- Detailed, organized, and forward-thinking
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability/resilience
- Superior problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Ability to work from home
