This position reports to the Director, Digital and Customer Insights and will be responsible for leading digital projects including Arbor’s consumer-facing websites (building, tracking, optimizing) and supporting digital acquisition activities, to grow and optimize our digital marketing performance and achieve both our annual goals and long-term strategic objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Leading key digital projects including; requirements gathering, design and development, quality assurance, budget and communication with stakeholders.
  • Regularly enhancing user experience, Search Engine Optimization, customer pain points and implementing website optimization for improved visibility, traffic and conversion.
  • Identifying and implementing digital content required for our websites using our Content Management System, including but not limited to copy, photography and video content. • Supporting growth and new customer acquisition through digital acquisition and lead nurturing.
  • Partnering with team to track, analyze and report on monthly performance of digital properties using key performance metrics.
  • Collaborating and building strong relationships within the Marketing Communications team and external centers of excellence (IT, Cemetery and Funeral Services) in order to provide guidance, support and leadership for fully integrated digital marketing across all channels and programs.
  • Budget management and planning - invoice processing/tracking, monthly project reconciliation, annual planning.
  • Managing third-party agencies and vendor relationships.
  • Other duties or special projects as required.

Requirements
  • A University or College Degree/Diploma in Digital Marketing, Communications, Marketing, or a related program from an accredited post-secondary institution.
  • Four (4) or more years of digital marketing with specific focus on website management, Search Engine Optimization, digital acquisition and lead nurturing.
  • Prior experience with the successful execution of online marketing campaigns, including digital production, content marketing, UX, design, landing pages and forms.
  • Experience with content management systems and other digital marketing tools.
  • You are passionate about data, comfortable reviewing and analyzing data (Google Analytics, Performance reports, 3rd party data).
  • Experience with Search Engine Optimization such as HTML, URL structures, keyword analysis, content optimization, search engine crawlers, indexes, algorithms.
  • Knowledgeable in CASL, Privacy Act and Data security measures an asset.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
  • Experience working with managing external vendors.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; verbal, written and presentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of quality while working towards deadlines on a variety of projects.
  • Demonstrated strong customer service skills with the ability to partner will all levels of the organization.
