Job Description

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage US-Canadian personal income tax return preparation for:
    • US citizens living in Canada, particularly entrepreneurs
    • US residents working in Canada
    • Canadians working and investing in the US 
  • Maintain responsibility for the supervision of a team
  • Communicate with clients to facilitate return preparation
  • Review staff work completed for accuracy
  • Instruct and guide junior/intermediate staff


  • Professional accounting designation with experience will be considered
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in Canadian and U.S. personal tax compliance
  • Experience managing and leading teams
  • Comfortable with tax research methods and databases
  • An advanced degree in U.S. tax or law would be an asset
