Key Responsibilities - Oversee compensation, benefits, and HRIS programs.
- Conduct job evaluations and market analysis.
- Manage salary increases and maintain salary structures.
- Analyze benefits trends and support plan updates.
- Develop HR reports and ensure data accuracy.
Qualifications - Post-secondary education in HR, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
