The Vice President Sales & Marketing is an executive business partner, who as a servant leader, will diligently lead and support others in the execution of the company’s revenue growth initiatives, influence the company’s future direction, and executes enhancements for the fulfillment of Cardinal’s strategic choices.
As a key member of the Leadership Team (LT) and reporting directly to the President and CEO, the successful candidate will lead the Sales and Marketing functions of the company.
The company has an impressive history of growth and recently established the bold objective to grow another 60% over the next three years. Growth will come from product innovation and expansion into aligned and new categories.
The successful incumbent will drive initiatives for achieving effective growth and expansion, challenge thinking for optimum client outcomes and steward efficiencies for the company’s continued success. Growth can only be achieved and sustained with a best-in-class customer satisfaction, a hallmark of Cardinal.
It will be critical for the successful candidate to both understand and work cross functionally with operations and finance, bringing a “general management” mindset.
This person will be a huge part of ensuring the right people are in place and investing properly, driving growth through the right guidance and mentorship.
