After 10 years in agency-side marketing, she was ready for a change. Recognizing that working with fantastic people was the best part of her job, she decided to make ‘people’ her business and made the transition to recruiting. After eight years as a recruiter, she’s never looked back.

Allison’s extensive background in the agency world gives her a solid understanding of what agencies’ needs are and the ability to find the right candidates for the job.

"It's so refreshing to deal with a recruiter that actually takes the time to review and understand your experience to determine if it's a good match for an opportunity. I also appreciated Allison's request to meet in person as it provided an opportunity to build on our relationship. It also gives me assurance that opportunities for which I'll be presented are a good mutual fit."

"What I appreciated the most was a very human experience. The conversation was open and honest, and I felt a genuine desire to help support me in my career, as opposed to a need to simply fill placements. It was a lovely chat, and I am looking forward to continuing my relationship with Allison, as well as IQ PARTNERS."
