Jo is a Director, Client Services working on our Operations & Industrial Sales recruitment team.  With over 5 years of experience working in the recruitment and headhunting industry, she has helped numerous clients build high-performing teams. She has worked and partnered with some of the largest, globally renowned eCommerce, Supply Chain & Logistics and Cannabis companies, helping support their talent acquisition projects.

Jo is a forward thinker and an optimist who is driven to build meaningful relationships with both her clients and candidates. Prior to shifting her practice to permanent and executive search roles, Jo successfully grew her own division at another agency where she managed operations and led her own team. Jo is committed to not only helping companies hire better, but also helping leadership develop a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment, while tailoring her recruitment approach to her clients’ corporate values and objectives.

Through Jo’s continuing education and studies, she has gained insights and an in-depth understanding of actionable workforce solutions to improve candidate selection processes and employee engagement, increase employee retention, and reduce cost per hire.
