Biography

Kimmy is a Sales Recruiter with IQ PARTNERS as well as our sales recruitment division, SalesForce
Search. She specializes in executive search and recruitment for all sales and sales leadership roles.

Kimmy is client-centric and driven to exceed clients' expectations and deliver maximum results for the wider organization. Kimmy is committed to continuous learning and brings diverse experiences in sales, finance, customer service, retail, e-commerce, and graphic/web design. Kimmy has a broad range of industry knowledge and skillset which has enabled her to understand what drives candidates within their industry.

Prior to joining IQ PARTNERS, Kimmy worked with one of the world's largest car rental providers. Kimmy managed a flagship operation that generated sales and revenue, expanded the fleet, oversaw a team through training and development, and established long-term relationships with her accounts. Continuing to expand her knowledge, Kimmy shifted to the Canadian Insurance Division. From there, Kimmy worked directly with three of the most renowned auto insurance companies in Canada, with an emphasis on client relations and day-to-day support.

Kimmy has worked and connected with many people from all walks of life and believes that each of us has a story to tell and the ability to shine in the right environment. Kimmy is passionately driven to succeed personally and professionally and aspires to help clients and candidates do the same.
