Matthew is an award winning, service and results driven individual with an aptitude for business. After graduating from the University of Guelph with an Honours degree in Commerce, Matthew went on to pursue a Certified Management Accountant Designation. He began his career in Hospitality working within a series of management roles which brought him to the realization that people are his passion.

Matthew knows that preparation breeds success, which is why finding employees who fit perfectly with a company’s goals and culture is the largest contributor to a company’s long term success. After spending 5 years working in executive search within the Financial Services & Insurance industries, Matthew dedicated himself to leading Canada's top entrepreneur focused recruitment team. Having been raised in an entrepreneurial family, Matthew is driven by the commitment to help others (and indistinguishable fear of failure). He knows the joys, excitement, but also the terror and pain of what it takes to build and scale a successful business. He hustles hard, he hardly sleeps, and he sweats constantly.
