Sarah specializes in working with high growth tech companies on roles across the entire product lifecycle, from demand generation and growth marketing to product management and UX design.
Before IQ PARTNERS, Sarah kickstarted her recruitment career at a global creative recruitment agency where she led the recruitment division for full-time marketing and UX design hires. Sarah is one of the most tenured recruiters in the marketing tech and UX space in the GTA -- she started when UX was only about Axure, and when Marketo was a platform known to only a few marketers. Prior to recruitment, Sarah spent nearly 4 years in digital marketing and communications in the healthcare/pharmaceutical space. There she helped launch award winning public relations campaigns for several high-profile organizations.
Clients continuously turn to Sarah for her deep knowledge of the talent market and her transparent counsel. She is known by her clients for being a passionate partner who is committed to driving a thorough and successful recruitment process.
