What does it measure?

    • Values alignment is critical yet often overlooked. It’s not enough to only assess a candidate for skills. it’s equally if not more important to determine if they are a “fit” for the organization and whether they share the same values as the company. The smartFACTORTM methodology requires that the company define up front what their key corporate values are so that candidates can be measured against them.
