After spending 3 years teaching and travelling throughout Southeast Asia, Elaine returned to Toronto to begin her career in advertising sales. Soon after, she was offered a recruiting role with a headhunting firm that had formerly placed her. She accepted, and spent the next several years driving business and building the sales and marketing recruitment arms of the firm.
In all, she has amassed a total of 18 years in sales, sales management, and recruiting at the agency level – selling both contingent and retained search – and has a deep understanding of the sales process and what it takes to build a successful sales team.
