Q&A

1. Who are your heroes in business?

One of my original managers from over 20 years ago by the name of Dan Ehrensperger who taught me everything he knows.  I eventually took over for him, and to this day he helps me whenever I need advice or guidance.

My other hero is Sherri Strong who I reported into while working at The People Bank for 7 years.  Sherri is probably the nicest person on this planet who managed her team like we were all immediate family. She is a truly great role model.

2. What question should every candidate ask when a headhunter calls?

What separates you from all the other headhunters out there?

3. What’s the funniest thing you’ve ever seen in an interview or on a resume?

A candidate with an email address that had about 40+ characters – true story!

4. What’s the one quality companies should look for when hiring a headhunter?

Genuine love for the industry and desire to match candidates with clients.

5. What trait do you most like to see in a job-seeker?

Strong work ethic and ability to follow through.
