Jessica Hough

Jessica is a Recruitment Consultant with the IQ PARTNERS Legal Recruitment team, specializing in connecting Legal Assistants, Law Clerks, and Legal Support Staff with opportunities in law firms and in-house legal departments.

She began her recruitment career in 2017 with a global staffing company, where she developed a strong understanding of recruitment fundamentals by supporting managers and directors across a range of industries in an administrative capacity. In 2021, she joined a boutique Canadian staffing firm as a search associate who specialized in legal recruitment. Her people first approach and ability to understand both client and candidate needs led to four promotions in four years.

Known for being personable, professional, and transparent, Jessica brings a tailored, consultative approach to every search.  She is committed to helping candidates make informed career decisions and supporting clients in finding the right fit for their teams.
