Responsibilities:
- Work independently with your law clerk to prosecute all plaintiffs' cases in a timely manner and to achieve a fair, reasonable and timely resolution.
- Meet with clients and build cases from inception / pre-litigation through to discovery, mediation, pre-trial and trial
- Collaborate with other associate lawyers and firm owners on case development and strategies
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Post Call experience
- Experience preferred: Plaintiff Personal Injury / Insurance Defense experience
- Hybrid role (3 days in-office)
